Confirm the account still has the required LIVE route
Open the target account and confirm that the intended computer-streaming route is currently available. Mobile LIVE access does not prove every account has a stream-key workflow, and TKLive cannot grant a missing TikTok permission.
- Use the prompts shown for the target account now.
- Confirm platform access before changing encoder settings.
Match the current URL, key and OBS instance
Retrieve parameters for the current session and place them in the OBS instance assigned to that account. A recreated room can invalidate older values; copied spaces or a mixed account-to-instance mapping can also cause authentication errors.
- Keep the server URL and key from the same session together.
- Redact the complete key from screenshots, tickets and logs.
Separate authentication, network and encoder failures
Authentication errors point to access or credentials; timeouts point toward DNS, firewall or routing; encoder overload happens after streaming begins. Test one simple instance first, then restore sources and additional instances.
- Record the exact error and time without exposing secrets.
- Verify picture and sound from the viewer side.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Start here for common questions about purchasing, access and system requirements.
Should I keep retrying the same TikTok stream key?
No. Recheck the current session and account route first; retries do not repair expired or mismatched credentials.
Can TKLive create TikTok stream-key access for any account?
No. TikTok controls eligibility and LIVE routes. TKLive organizes supported workflows after access exists.
