Visiting this website
The website presents features, guides and downloads. It does not ask you to enter account passwords, stream keys or payment details. Cloudflare delivers the website; network services may process information needed to operate it, such as IP addresses, request times and browser details.
Website support messages and cookies
The online contact panel in the lower-right corner lets you leave a message and optionally provide an email address or another contact method. The message and contact details are saved on the backend only to identify and answer the request. A Telegram notification alerts the support team to incoming messages. Do not include passwords, full stream keys or API tokens.
The support cookie stores only a session credential and is marked HttpOnly. It lets the same browser resume the support conversation; it does not store the message text. Clearing this cookie prevents that browser from recovering the conversation through its existing session.
Optional website analytics
If Google Analytics 4 is configured, the website loads its tag only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures visit sources, page views and clicks on sign-up, download, pricing and contact controls. Before you choose, only the external referring origin is kept locally for this tab session and is never sent to Google; rejecting deletes it. Rejecting the option leaves the Google tag unloaded; you can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer. The choice is stored in this browser. After permission, Google may set analytics cookies and process visit information such as IP address and browser details. Analytics page URLs contain only selected UTM campaign parameters, and referrers contain only the origin. Arbitrary query parameters, support message contents, account details and order data are not sent by these website events.
Accounts, plans and downloads
Sign-up and login open the user center at live.tkliveapp.pro. Account and order data are governed by the information provided there. Download buttons connect to the official file service at releases.tkliveapp.pro, and update checks request the corresponding release manifest.
Questions about your data
You can contact support through the website panel or submit a ticket in the user center for account, order or data questions. Redact sensitive information from screenshots and error reports.
