Organize approved media and assign a stable playback queue to each account

The material library stores local files; the account queue decides what a specific live task plays and in what order.

01

Import and organize files

Open Material Management, add files or drag them into the page, then create groups for campaigns, accounts or formats. Rename or delete groups without losing track of the source files.

  • Use files you are allowed to broadcast.
  • Keep videos in the same queue close in resolution and format.
02

Assign the account queue

In Accounts, open the playback source or material queue, select one or more items and reorder them. Same-type items loop in order; set the intended primary video when using AB modes.

  • Avoid mixing audio and video in one queue when possible.
  • Save the queue before creating the room.
03

Preview the complete loop

Play every item through its end and transition, verify picture and sound, then check the viewer-side result after streaming starts.

  • Prepare a fallback asset.
  • Stop the stream if the queue or content is wrong.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Start here for common questions about purchasing, access and system requirements.

Why does only one file play?

Confirm multiple items were selected, the queue was saved, and the files are compatible and readable.

Does deleting a group delete the local files?

The client group is organizational metadata. Still verify the confirmation dialog and keep a source backup of important media.
